Modelagem de processos e o impacto no serviço do auditor enfermeiro
revisão integrativa
Abstract
Organizations have been seeking strategies to increase productivity and healthcare institutions have been included in this challenge. In the search for efficiency and service to the end user, several strategies have been used, and one of them is process modeling. In this context, the objective of this work has been to analyze and study the application of process modeling tools in auditing by nurses. This is an integrative literature review focusing on the following research question: how has the process mapping helped health services in the audit work? From August 5 to 29, 2021, a search for published papers was carried out in the following electronic databases: Journal Portal of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel - CAPES; Directory of Open Access Journals - DOAJ, International Health Science Literature Medline, and Scientific Electronic Library Online - SciELO. Only complete articles were considered to quantify the production of pertinent literature. The final sample resulted in eight articles that derived from two emerging categories of improvement: in the management and audit processes. It has been understood that
the dynamics of health organizations as a whole could be considerably improved with the mapping of audit processes. This would lead to cost savings, maximizing not only financial performance, but also the quality of provided care.
